  • Return Window: We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
  • Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. The returned item must be in original condition, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
  • Non-returnable Items: Certain items, such as custom or personalized products, are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
